摘  要:正升煤业2506运输顺槽在顶板富水区域掘进受顶板淋水影响,巷道顶板泥岩承载能力降低、支护体部分失效,同时围岩出现局部变形量大的问题。为此,结合2506运输顺槽现场条件,提出通过层次注浆方式封堵2506运输顺槽顶板淋水裂隙并提升泥岩承载能力及稳定性。具体对层次注浆材料、布置工艺及应用效果进行分析。工程应用表明,2506运输顺槽通过层次注浆加固后,顶板淋水及围岩变形量的大问题得以较好解决。Aiming at the problem of reduced bearing capacity of the mudstone on the roof of the 2506 transportation channel roadway,partial failure of the support body,and large local deformation of the surrounding rock,the article proposes to use level grouting to seal the water pouring cracks on the roof of the 2506 transportation channel and improve the bearing capacity and stability of the mudstone.It also conducts a specific analysis on the level grouting materials,layout technology,and application effects,which effectively solves the problems of roof water seepage and surrounding rock deformation.
