奥灰富水层注浆浆液控制技术研究及治理效果

摘  要:为解决白洞矿业公司煤层底板奥灰水富水层突水问题,对2100工作面煤层底板陷落柱进行注浆改造。通过对浆液受注介质类型和浆液黏滞性时变过程研究,采用稠浆低压充填注入和稀浆高压补充的浆液控制技术,按照“地面物探—地面超前定向钻探验证—区域注浆治理”的治理手段对陷落柱范围的煤层底板进行注浆改造。结果表明:稀浆选择浆液比重1.1,稠浆选择浆液比重1.5进行连续注入;通过治理,奥灰岩中漏失段的平均单位吸水率由0.0029 L/min.m.m降为0.00088 L/min.m.m,工作面出水水量由70 m^(3)/h减小至8 m^(3)/h,注浆治理效果明显。Aiming at the water outburst of Ordovician limestone water-rich strata in coal seam floor in Baidong Mining Industry Co.,the author proposes the grouting transformation means of“surface geophysical prospecting,surface advanced directional drilling verification and regional grouting treatment”by low-pressure injection with viscous slurry and high-pressure supplement with slurry on subsided column in coal seam floor at 2100 working face,according to the grouting slurry medium types and time-varying process of slurry viscosity,whose results show that the average unit water absorption in Ordovician limestone leakage part has reduced from 0.0029 L/min.m.m to 0.00088 L/min.m.m and the outflow in working face from 70 m^(3)/h to 8 m^(3)/h with remarkable grouting treatment effects.
