一种堵漏剂在破碎带地层矿井钻探中的应用探讨

摘　　要：为更好地适应破碎带地层钻探施工的封堵要求,利用丙烯酸脂类单体、偶氮类(引发剂)和吩噻嗪(阻聚剂)制备一种兼顾护壁与堵漏双重功能的堵漏剂。该堵漏剂采用本体聚合法制备,首先在温度45℃,引发剂掺量为100 ppm制备得到预聚体,然后再在70℃反应温度和引发剂掺量300 ppm制备得到堵漏剂成品;堵漏剂的成胶时间为100 min,1 h后黏度可以达到3500 mPa·s,侯凝10 h后胶块抗压强度可以达到37.5 MPa,现场堵漏应用效果良好,可在破碎带地层钻井封堵施工中应用。In order to better adapt to the sealing requirements of drilling construction in fractured zones,a plugging agent with dual functions of wall protection and plugging is prepared using acrylic monomers,azo(initiators),and phenothiazine(inhibitors),which is prepared by bulk polymerization method,firstly,a prepolymer is prepared at a temperature of 45℃with an initiator content of 100 ppm.Then,the finished plugging agent is prepared by reacting at a temperature of 70℃with an initiator content of 300 ppm.The gelation time of the plugging agent is 100 minutes,and after 1 hour,the viscosity can reach 3500 m Pas.After 10 hours of curing,the compressive strength of the rubber block can reach 37.5 MPa,which can be reasonably applied in drilling and plugging construction in fractured zone formations,and the on-site plugging application effect is good.
