综采工作面粉尘综合治理技术优化

摘　　要：针对2305采煤工作面回采期间喷雾降尘效果不佳、粉尘浓度偏高问题,结合现场情况提出综合应用泡沫除尘+移架喷雾降尘+巷道湿式捕尘帘技术进行粉尘治理。通过在采煤机上增设泡沫除尘装置提升截割点粉尘治理效果,优化支架移架喷雾实现移架全范围喷雾降尘及自动控制,在回风巷使用湿式捕尘帘代替原有喷雾洒水降尘装置,减少喷雾用水量并提升喷雾降尘效果。工程应用后,2305采煤工作面粉尘浓度大、能见度低以及底板积水等问题得以较好解决,为2305采煤工作面安全高效回采创造良好条件。In view of the poor effect of spray dust suppression and high dust concentration during mining at 2305 coal face,the comprehensive application of foam dust removal,frame shifting spray dust reduction and wet dust curtain technology in roadway is proposed based on the site conditions in the paper.By adding a foam dust removal device on the shearer,the dust control effect at the cutting point is improved,and the spray for support shifting is optimized to achieve a full range of spray dust reduction and automatic control for support shifting.The wet dust curtain is used in the ventilation roadway to replace the original spray water dust reduction device,reducing the water consumption of spray and improving the dust reduction effect of spray,which well solves the problems of high dust concentration,low visibility,and bottom water accumulation in the 2305 coal mining face,and creates good conditions for safe and efficient mining of the 2305 coal mining face.
