摘  要:针对新村煤矿高瓦斯厚煤层分层开采工作面,上下分层工作面瓦斯涌出差异性及工作面实际开采情况,提出了上下分层工作面瓦斯综合治理措施。上分层工作面主要采取地面采动井抽采、顺层钻孔预抽、高位钻孔抽采和回风隅角埋管抽采等综合措施来治理工作面煤层和采空区瓦斯;而下分层工作面开采期间煤层瓦斯已大部分从上分层工作面涌出,回采期间只需采取回风隅角埋管抽采措施来解决隅角瓦斯积聚问题。采取瓦斯综合治理措施后,上下分层工作面回采期间回风隅角瓦斯浓度均保持在0.3%以下,工作面回采期间未发生瓦斯超限事故。Aiming at the differences in gas emission between the upper and lower layered working faces and the actual mining situation of the high gas thick coal seam in Xincun Colliery,comprehensive gas control measures are proposed for the upper and lower layered working faces in the paper,of which the upper layer working face mainly adopts comprehensive measures such as surface mining well extraction,pre extraction through layer drilling,high-level drilling extraction,and buried pipe extraction at the return air corner to control the gas in the coal seam and goaf of the working face;During the mining of the lower layer working face,most of the coal seam gas has already gushed out from the upper layer working face.During the recovery period,only the measures of burying pipes in the return air corner need to be taken to solve the problem of gas accumulation in the corner.The application results show that the gas concentration remains below 0.3%during the mining period of the upper and lower layered working face,and no gas exceeding limit accidents have occurred during the mining period of the working face.
