液氮防灭火技术在矿井综采面火灾防治的中的应用

摘  要:针对山西焦煤汾西矿业正善煤业21005综采工作面初采期间CO超标,且采空区条件复杂、遗煤自燃防治难度高等问题,提出采用以地面注液氮为主、井下注氮气为辅的火灾防治措施。通过地面钻孔及井下管路向21005采空区注入195 t液氮,同时通过矿井已有的注氮管路持续向21005采空区注入氮气。液氮注入结束后工作面采空区15~20 m以外位置O_(2)浓度迅速降至遗煤氧化自燃临界值(7%)以内,且未监测到CO、C_(2)H_(2)、C_(2)H_(4)等遗煤自然发火标志性气体,表明现场采用的火灾防治措施效果显著。Aiming at the problems of excessive CO during the initial mining period of the 21005 fully mechanized mining face in Shanxi Coking Coal Fenxi Mining Zhengshan Coal Industry,as well as the complex goaf conditions and high difficulty in preventing and controlling spontaneous combustion of residual coal,it is proposed to adopt fire prevention and control measures mainly based on surface injection of liquid nitrogen and supplemented by underground injection of nitrogen,injecting 195 tons of liquid nitrogen into the 21005 goaf through surface drilling and underground pipelines,while continuously injecting nitrogen into the 21005 goaf through the existing nitrogen injection pipeline in the mine.After the completion of liquid nitrogen injection,the O_(2)concentration rapidly decreases to within the critical value(7%)of residual coal oxidation and spontaneous combustion at a distance of 15~20 meters from the goaf of the working face.No iconic gases such as CO,C_(2)H_(2),and C_(2)H_(4)are detected for residual coal spontaneous combustion,indicating that the fire prevention and control measures adopted on site are effective.
