摘 要:开采近距离煤层群时,受采动影响,采空区裂隙发育,漏风增大,导致采空区防灭火难度较大。针对21005综采工作面与上覆9#煤层采空区间距小、采空区漏风裂隙发育等导致采空区遗煤可能发生自燃问题,提出快速封闭采面并通过注液氮实现快速防灭火;在启封后通过以束管监测及安全监控为主、人工检测为辅的火灾早期预警系统强化火灾预警能力,采用注氮气、均压通风、喷洒阻化剂等防灭火技术措施确保后续回采安全。现场应用后,21005采空区遗煤自燃问题得以较好解决,为采面煤炭安全高效回采创造了良好条件。Aiming at issues such as small spacing between the 21005 fully mechanized mining face and the overlying No.9 coal seam goaf,development of air leakage cracks in the goaf,and spontaneous combustion of residual coal,the author proposes to strengthen the fire early warning capability of a fire early warning system based on closed mining faces,with bundle tube monitoring and safety monitoring as the main measures and manual detection as the auxiliary.The system adopts nitrogen injection(nitrogen,liquid nitrogen)as the core,supplemented by equal pressure ventilation to reduce air leakage and harmful gas overflow,and spraying inhibitors to suppress the surface activity of residual coal and other fire prevention and extinguishing technologies,which effectively solves the problem of spontaneous combustion of leftover coal in the 21005 goaf and creates favorable conditions for safe and efficient coal recovery at the mining face.
