摘  要:在主井摩擦提升系统运行过程中,存在卸载不净导致的箕斗满仓溢出、跳闸、滑绳等事故。为了解决上述问题,提出了一种基于RNN神经网络的装载阶段判断及载重数据识别技术,构建了箕斗残留和超载等异常工况预警模块、数据输出模块组成的煤重识别系统。通过与定量斗装载数据、电机电流等效载重数据曲线对比,验证了提出的方法的稳定性和准确性。Aiming at the accidents such as overflow,tripping,and sliding rope caused by unclean unloading during the operation of the friction hoisting system of the main shaft,the authors propose a loading stage judgment and load data recognition technology based on RNN neural network and construct a coal weight identification system composed of abnormal working condition warning module and data output module such as bucket residue and overload.By comparing with the quantitative bucket loading data and motor current equivalent load data curves,the stability and accuracy of the proposed method are verified.
