摘　　要：在分析矿井提升机液压制动装置常见问题的基础上,设计了装置的监测系统。系统利用传感器对闸瓦间隙、闸瓦承受压力、液压站油压、液压站温度等参数指标进行实时监测。并采用PLC进行实时监控,选用型号为S7-300。系统软件程序主要包括7大功能模块,包括用户登录、系统参数设置、数据处理、设备控制、数据参数可视化、报警与故障处理、数据库管理等。通过将本系统应用到提升机工程实践中,使得液压制动装置故障率降低23%,验证了检测系统的运行安全性和可靠性。On the basis of analyzing the common problems of the hydraulic braking device of mine elevator,the monitoring system of the device is designed in the paper,which uses sensors to conduct real time monitoring of parameter index such as brake clearance,brake bearing pressure,hydraulic station oil pressure and hydraulic station temperature,etc..Using PLC(selected model S7-300)for real-time monitoring,the system software program mainly includes 7 functional modules,including user login,system parameter setting,data processing,equipment control,data parameter visualization,alarm and fault handling,and database management,etc..The application of the system in elevator engineering practice enables the failure rate of hydraulic braking devices to reduce by 23%,which verifies the operational safety and reliability of the detection system.
