中部槽安装间隙对采煤机平滑靴接触性能的影响

摘  要:以山西天地王坡煤业有限公司3308智能化综放工作面的MG300/700-WD采煤机平滑靴为研究对象,借助ANSYS workbench仿真计算软件,分析了平滑靴通过中部槽的整个过程。包括平滑靴准备通过中部槽安装间隙时刻、平滑靴接近中部槽安装间隙并准备通过中部槽安装间隙时刻和平滑靴一部分已经通过中部槽安装间隙时刻。结果表明,最大变形与接触应力均出现在平滑靴与中部槽接触面位置;且中部槽安装间隙越大,平滑靴的最大接触应力越大。Taking MG300/700-WD shearer sliding boots of 3308 intelligent fully-mechanized caving face of Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the author analyzes the whole process of sliding boots passing through the middle trough by using ANSYS workbench simulation software,including the moment when the sliding boots are ready to pass through the middle slot installation clearance,the moment when the sliding boots approach the middle slot installation clearance and are ready to pass through the middle slot installation clearance,and the moment when a part of the sliding boots have passed the middle slot installation clearance,whose results show that the maximum deformation and contact stress occur at the contact surface between the smooth shoe and the middle slot;and the larger the installation clearance of the middle groove,the greater the maximum contact stress of the sliding boots.
