摘  要:针对斜沟煤矿排水控制系统存在的控制策略落后、电能浪费严重的问题,设计一种基于多阶段决策的煤矿井下排水控制系统。该系统以西门子CPU 315-2PN/DP为中央处理器,扩展开关量输入/输出以及模拟量输入模块,周期性地采集排水系统数据,经内嵌的基于递推策略的多阶段决策控制策略实现自动化排水并满足“避峰就谷”要求,最后基于斜沟煤矿主排水系统完成实际应用。应用结果表明,设计的基于多阶段决策的煤矿井下排水控制系统效果理想,达到了节能降耗的目的。In response to the problems of outdated control strategies and serious energy waste in the drainage control system of Xiegou Colliery,the author designs a underground drainage control system for coal mines based on multi-stage decision-making,which uses Siemens CPU 315-2PN/DP as the central processor,expands the switch input/output and analog input modules,periodically collects drainage system data,and implements automated drainage through an embedded multi-stage decision control strategy based on recursive strategy,meeting the requirements of"peak and valley avoidance".The application results show that the designed coal mine underground drainage control system based on multi-stage decision-making has an ideal effect,which achieves the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
