摘  要:采用新技术、新方法对火电机组进行改造可提高机组的经济性。燃气轮机联合循环机组改造后,在对节能量评估的过程中,由于燃气轮机性能受环境因素影响较大,准确合理地计算节能量往往比较困难。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于进口可转导叶(IGV)角度判断负荷率的节能量计算方法,该方法将机组年发电量进行统计分析,划分多个负荷段,在每个负荷段分别计算节能量并求和得到总的节能量。案例计算结果表明,相较于传统计算方法,使用所提出方法计算的节能量增加了4 929 t标煤,能够更真实地反映机组改造的节能效果。The economic efficiency of power generation units can be improved by adopting new technologies and methods for retrofitting.In the process of evaluating energy-saving potential for the economic retrofit of gas turbine combined cycle units,it is often difficult to accurately and reasonably calculate the energy-saving potential due to the significant influence of environmental factors on gas turbine performance.To address this issue,a method for calculating energy-saving potential based on the angle of Inlet Guide Vanes(IGV)to judge the load rate is proposed.The annual power generation of the unit is statistically analyzed,and multiple load segments are divided.The energy-saving potential is calculated separately for each load segment,and the total energy-saving potential is obtained by summing up.Case study results show that compared to traditional calculation methods,the calculated energy-saving potential increased by 4929 tons of standard coal,which can truly reflect the energysaving effect of unit retrofitting.
