摘  要:介绍了一起35 kV主变电站跳闸事故,并在交流耐压试验过程中发现主变低压侧绝缘不良,后期通过返厂解体检查,查明了故障点并剖析了故障原因。分析结果表明:绕组到套管的连接铜皮在运行过程中对油箱壁放电,是该次跳闸事故的根本原因,并提出了相关建议。This paper introduces a trip accident in a 35kV main transformer substation.During the AC withstand voltage test,it was found that the insulation on the low-voltage side of the main transformer was poor.Subsequently,through dismantling and inspection after returning to the factory,the fault point was identified,and the root cause of the fault was analyzed.The analysis results indicate that the discharge from the winding to the bushing's connecting copper strip against the oil tank wall was the fundamental cause of this trip accident.Relevant suggestions are also proposed.
