摘　　要：美国加速构建全球关键矿产联盟,积极打造关键矿产领域“新秩序”,在保障自身关键矿产安全的同时依托联盟对华遏制打压,从而威胁中国战略性新兴产业的国际竞争力、延阻中国绿色化数字化转型进程、削弱中国在全球关键矿产治理的话语权。但是,美国与关键矿产盟友存在战略目标差异、利益不一致和协调行动能力有限等问题,使其关键矿产联盟未来面临诸多不确定性。The United States is accelerating the establishment of a global alliance for critical minerals and actively creating a“new order”in this sector.By securing its critical mineral supply through this alliance,the US aims to contain and pressure China.This strategy threatens China’s international competitiveness in strategic emerging industries,delays China’s green and digital transformation processes,and weakens China’s influence in global critical minerals governance.However,the US faces challenges and uncertainties within its critical minerals alliance,including divergent strategic objectives,conflicting interests,and limited coordination capabilities.
