摘　　要：太河水库是山东省淄博市蓄水量最大、水质最好的地表水水源地,水库自2011年向淄博中心城区生活供水以来,日供水量长期维持在10万m 3/d以上,占中心城区用水量的三分之一,为淄博建设殷实和谐经济文化强市发挥着重要水源支撑、保障作用。水库自建成蓄水后,曾发生两次水库干库事件,造成了不可避免的生态灾难和严重舆论影响,对调整供水管网备用水源也造成重大影响。文章充分分析水库干库原因以及应该提前采取的应对措施,促使水库发挥最大效益,也为同类型水库运行管理提供参考借鉴。Taihe Reservoir is the surface water source with the largest storage capacity and best water quality in Zibo City,Shandong Province.Since 2011,the daily water supply of the reservoir to the central urban area of Zibo has been maintained at over 100000 m 3/d,accounting for one-third of the water consumption in the central urban area.It plays an important role in supporting and ensuring the construction of a solid,harmonious,economic and cultural Zibo.After the reservoir was built and stored water,there were two incidents of dry storage,which caused inevitable ecological disasters and serious public opinion impact,and also had a significant impact on adjusting the backup water source of the water supply network.The article fully analyzes the reasons for the dry storage of reservoirs and the measures that should be taken in advance to promote the maximum benefits of reservoirs,and also provides reference for the operation and management of similar reservoirs.
