摘 要:针对腰痛症状越来越年轻化的问题,文章以背包为载体,研究了一款针对年轻腰痛患者的智能护腰背包,来改善年轻人腰痛的问题。运用KANO模型对智能护腰背包的用户需求进行深入的研究,通过Better-Worse系数的计算来进行辅助性识别,得出智能护腰背包的Better-Worse敏感度散点图以及智能护腰背包需求的重要等级排序。通过KANO模型得出的用户需求重要等级排序,可以直观展现用户的需求程度,结合需求分析的结果,对产品功能进行规划,据此设计出更适合年轻腰痛患者的智能护腰背包。In view of the problem that low back pain symptoms are getting younger and younger,the article chooses to use backpacks as a carrier to design a smart waist-protecting backpack for young low back pain patients to improve the problem of low back pain among young people.The KANO model was used to conduct in-depth research on the user needs of the smart waist-protecting backpack,and the Better-Worse coefficient was calculated for auxiliary identification,and the Better-Worse sensitivity scatter diagram of the smart waist-protecting backpack and the demand for the smart waist-protecting backpack were obtained.ranking of importance.The importance ranking of user needs derived from the KANO model can intuitively display the degree of user needs.Combined with the results of demand analysis,product functions can be planned,and based on this,a smart waist-protecting backpack more suitable for young patients with low back pain can be designed.
