摘 要:电力铁塔倾斜检测是保障高压输电线路安全和稳定运行的重要手段,目前状态检测设备存在功耗高、依赖化学电池供电等问题。该研究设计了一种集成自供能铁塔倾角无线传感系统,通过电磁能量采集器收集高空铁塔风能,由低功耗能源管理电路进行能源存储与负载供电。该系统的性能经电磁仿真和实验验证,采集器可在2 m/s的风速下启动,在8 m/s的风速下,装置空载情况的电压为1.25 V,输出功率为8.2 mW。得到了用BQ25570芯片搭建低功耗能源管理电路,通过升压后输出3.3 V电压对倾角传感器进行供能测试。根据实验结果,此装置可以为铁塔倾角传感器或其他小型电气设备供电,这将为自供能物联网无线传感网络节点提供技术支持。Inclination detection of power towers is an important means to ensure the safe and stable operation of high-voltage transmission line systems.Currently,state monitoring devices have issues such as high power consumption and reliance on chemical batteries for power.This study designs an integrated self-powered tower inclination wireless sensing system,which collects wind energy from high-altitude towers through an electromagnetic energy harvester.The collected energy is stored and supplied to the load by a low-power energy management circuit.The performance of this system was verified by electromagnetic simulation and experiments.The harvester can start at a wind speed of 2 m/s,and at a wind speed of 8 m/s,the voltage of the device in a no-load situation is 1.25 V,with an output power of 8.2 mW.A low-power energy management circuit was built using the BQ25570 chip,and after boosting,it outputted 3.3 V to power the inclination sensor.According to the experimental results,this device can power tower inclination sensors or other small electrical equipment,providing technical support for self-powered IoT wireless sensor network nodes.
