摘 要:变频空调产品开发过程中常会出现气流引起的噪声问题,解决该问题的常规手段是在压缩机管路系统中增加消声器,而消音器的选型设计主要依靠实验,分析效率低,且缺少指导方向。本文基于仿真技术对空调系统常用消声器进行参数化研究,分析了消声器结构、系统制冷剂、焊接安装等参数对消声器性能的影响,有助于提升消声器在空调系统中的性能。同时,自主开发了消声器参数化设计与计算软件,可高效指导消声器设计选型,针对某空调产品传递声问题,应用该软件进行消声器方案设计与验证,成功解决了该噪声问题,消声器仿真技术的应用可大幅提升变频空调系统噪声分析效率,提升产品噪声品质。The noise problem caused by airflow often occurs in the development of inverter air conditioning products.The conventional way to solve this problem is to add silencers in the compressor pipeline system,but the selection and design of silencers mainly rely on experiments,which has low analysis efficiency and lacks guidance.Based on the simulation theory calculation,a parameterized study on the common silencer of air conditioning system is carried out,and the influence of silencer structure,system refrigerant,welding installation and other parameters on the performance of the silencer is analyzed,which is helpful to improve the performance of the silencer and effectively solve the actual noise problem of the air conditioning system.At the same time,we independently developed the silencer parametric design and calculation software,which can effectively guide the design and selection of silencer.Aiming at the actual noise problem of an air conditioning product,we applied the software to design and verify the silencer scheme,and successfully solved the problem of internal transmission sound.The application of silencer simulation technology can improve the noise analysis efficiency of inverter air conditioning system and improve the product noise quality.
