摘 要:生活中,多数家庭的沙发、床、电器等存在被插头遮挡,从而无法靠墙的问题。为此需要一种能隐藏插头的插座,即隐形插座,来满足此类需求。对隐形插座的技术矛盾点进行了分析后,首先按照TRIZ理论分割原理进行了技术方案研究。然后进一步分析了用户场景,对目标插头进行了分类。重点放在了横向插头上后,诞生了功能件运动式思路。基于用户场景研究,功能件正向调节更符合用户需求。最终开发出了双螺杆交替调节技术,完美解决了隐形插座功能件深度调节问题。In most houses,people usually have trouble with that sofa or bed or electrical appliances can’t lean against the wall because of occlusion of the plug.So,people need an invisible socket which can hide the plug.After analyzing the technology contradiction of an invisible socket,we research into the Technical Proposal according to the Division principle of TRIZ theory.Then we analyze user scenarios further,and classify the plugs.We make a priority of transverse plugs,then the idea of motion which functional part of an invisible socket can be adjusted between two points in a vertical distance is born.Furthermore,front adjustment is better for the users according to the study of user scenarios.Finaly,we develop a technology of two screws which adjust the functional part in turn.This technology solve the problem of adjusting the functional part for an invisible socket perfect.
