滚筒洗衣机水封及关联部件的设计

摘　　要：滚筒洗衣机在使用中,轴承和水封有一定的维修比例,维修时两者都要更换。因轴承与水封需专用设备压装,考虑到维修之后的耐久性,一般建议更换压装好轴承与水封的后桶组件。这种维修费时费力成本较高,为此需降低轴承与水封的维修比例。经分析轴承过早失效的主要原因是水封失效产生泄漏,使轴承与水接触,造成轴承生锈产生异响;而水封失效的主要原因是磨损,磨损必然降低其密封性,进而严重影响整机的使用寿命。文章总结水封及关联部件的设计,为此类部件提供一定思路。During the use of the washing machine,there is a certain proportion of maintenance for the bearings and seal,and both need to be replaced during maintenance.Due to the need for specialized equipment for pressing bearings and seal,considering the durability after maintenance,it is generally recommended to replace the rear tub that have been pressed with bearings and seal.This type of maintenance is time-consuming,labor-intensive,and costly,so it is necessary to reduce the maintenance ratio.After analysis,the main reason for premature failure of bearings is the leakage caused by seal failure,which causes the bearings to come into contact with water,resulting in rust and abnormal noise of the bearings;the main cause of seal failure is wear,which inevitably reduces its sealing performance and seriously affects the service life of the machine.The article summarizes the design of seal and related components,providing some ideas for such components.
