摘　　要：目的了解不同会阴护理液对留置导尿管患者预防尿道感染的效果。方法通过采集网络平台相关文献和Meta分析方法,对不同护理液用于留置导尿患者会阴部护理预防尿路感染的效果进行文献调查与分析。结果用有效碘2000~5000 mg/L碘伏消毒液、中药制剂、氯己定、呋喃西林和苯扎溴铵溶液等作为护理液,对预防尿路感染最有效者是碘伏消毒液,其次分别是中药制剂、氯己定、抗菌液、呋喃西林和1000 mg/L苯扎溴铵液等。结论用有效碘5000 mg/L碘伏消毒液是预防留置导尿管患者尿路感染的最有效的制剂。Objective To understand the effect of different perineal care solutions on preventing urinary tract infections in patients with indwelling catheterization.Methods By collecting relevant literature from online platforms and using Meta-analysis methods,a literature survey and analysis were conducted on the effect of different care solutions on preventing urinary tract infections in patients undergoing indwelling catheterization for perineal care.Results Using effective iodine disinfectant ranging from 2000 mg/L to 5000 mg/L,traditional Chinese medicine preparations,chlorhexidine solution,furacilin,and benzalkonium bromide solution as care solutions,the most effective solution for preventing urinary tract infections was iodine disinfectant,followed by traditional Chinese medicine preparations,chlorhexidine solution,antibacterial solution,furacilin,and 1000 mg/L benzalkonium bromide solution.Conclusion Iodophor disinfectant with available iodine of 5000 mg/L is the most effective preparation for preventing urinary tract infections in patients with indwelling catheteriz ation.
