摘 要:本文概述了铬鞣的污染和风险,现行环境法规和形势要求下寻求无铬生态鞣革成为当务之急。本文介绍了一种无铬鞣剂的合成和应用研究,从合成的无铬鞣剂分子量、分子量分布及与铬鞣工艺对比归纳分析,该无铬鞣可明显减少制革废液对环境的污染,鞣制的皮革收缩温度、断裂伸长率、抗张强度等性能与铬鞣革相当,具有良好的柔软性,可满足绿色环保、清洁化制革工艺要求。This article outlined the pollution and risks of chromium tanning.Under the current requirements of en⁃vironmental regulations and situation requirements,seeking the chromium-free ecological tanning has become a top priority.The synthesis and application research for a kind of chromium-free tanning agent was introduced.The mo⁃lecular weight,molecular weight distribution of the synthetic chromium-free tanning agent,and comparison analysis of chromium tanning technology were studied.The results indicate that the synthetic tanning agent can significantly re⁃duce the environment pollution caused by the tannery waste liquid.The shrinking temperature,elongation at break,tensile strength of tanned leather are equivalent to those of chromium tanning leather.It has good softness and can meet the requirements of green environmental protection and cleaning tanning process.
