摘  要:以聚酯型和聚醚型不同类型热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)为考察对象,通过共混改性并采用超临界发泡技术制备了鞋用TPU复合发泡材料。研究了不同共混比例对复合材料官能团结构、熔体流动性,以及复合发泡材料的微观形貌结构、密度和发泡倍率的影响。结果表明,不同类型TPU共混后化学结构并未发生明显变化;随着聚醚TPU比例的增加,复合材料热稳定性略有降低,但其熔融指数提高;复合发泡材料泡孔为闭孔结构且孔径先增大后缩小并趋于均匀,密度先减小后增加,发泡倍率先增加后减小。当聚酯TPU与聚醚TPU共混比例为30∶70时,复合发泡材料密度最轻且达到0.132 g/cm^(3),发泡倍率最大且达到9.86倍。聚酯TPU与聚醚TPU二者在超临界发泡成型时存在协同作用。Different types of thermoplastic polyurethanes(TPU)of polyester type and polyether type were investi⁃gated,and TPU foamed composites for shoes were prepared by blending modification and then supercritical foaming technology.The effects of different blending ratios on the changes of functional group structure,thermal stability and melt fluidity of the composites were investigated.And the effects on the microstructure,density and foaming rate of foamed composites were also studied.Results show that after blending different types of TPU,the chemical structure of the composites does not change obviously.As the proportion of polyether TPU increases,the thermal stability of the composite decreases slightly,but the melt index increases.The cell structure of foamed composite is closed,and the pore size increases first,shrinks and finally tends to be uniform.The density decreases first and then increases,and the foaming times increase first and then decrease.When the blending ratio of polyester and polyether is 30∶70,the density of foamed composite is the lightest and reaches 0.132 g/cm^(3),and the corresponding foaming ratio is the lar⁃gest and reaches 9.86 times.There is a synergistic effect between polyester TPU and polyether TPU under supercriti⁃cal foaming.
