摘　　要：随着经济的发展、社会的进步及法制的日益健全,皮革制品企业的发展也需要与时俱进,并遵从法律法规,合乎市场经济的法律准则,踏实走好每一步。本文从皮革制品企业的发展现状入手,对法律视域下皮革制品企业转型的必要性进行了探讨,并提出相应转型策略,以期对皮革制品企业的成长起到推动和促进作用。With the development of economy,social progress and the increasingly sound legal system,the develop⁃ment of leather products enterprises also need to keep pace with the times,and comply with laws and regulations,in line with the legal norms of the market economy,and take every step steadily.This paper started with the development status of leather products enterprises,discussed the necessity of the transformation of leather products enterprises un⁃der the legal perspective,and put forward the corresponding transformation strategies,in order to promote the growth of leather products enterprises.
