摘 要:为了降低染色过程中的能耗,本文采用冷轧堆染色工艺,将C.I.活性蓝224用于纯棉织物的染色,考察了冷轧堆工艺中不同混合碱体系(氢氧化钠和碳酸钠混合碱体系以及氢氧化钠和硅酸钠混合碱体系)中碱用量和堆置时间对染料固色率的影响。结果表明:在氢氧化钠和碳酸钠混合碱体系中,当氢氧化钠用量为10 mL/L、碳酸钠用量为20 g/L以及堆置时间为10 h时,C.I.活性蓝224在棉织物上的固色率最高,达到91.6%。在氢氧化钠和硅酸钠混合碱体系中,最佳的工艺条件为:氢氧化钠15 mL/L,硅酸钠30 mL/L以及堆置时间为12 h,此时C.I.活性蓝224在棉织物上的固色率为95.5%。In order to reduce the energy consumption in the dyeing process,the cold pad-batch dyeing technique was used for C.I.Reactive Blue 224 to dye cotton fabric.The effects of alkali dosage and batching time on dye fixation in different mixed alkali systems(sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate mixed alkali system,and sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate mixed alkali system)in cold pad-batch process were investigated.The results showed that in the mixed alkali system of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate,when the amount of sodium hydroxide was 10 mL/L,the amount of sodium carbonate was 20 g/L and the batching time was 10 h,C.I.Reactive Blue 224 had the highest fixation of 91.6%on cotton fabric.In the mixed alkali system of sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate,the optimum condition was as follows:sodium hydroxide was 15 mL/L,sodium silicate was 30 mL/L and batching time was 12 h.At this condition,the fixation of C.I.Reactive Blue 224 on cotton fabric could reach 95.5%.
