摘　　要：本文合成了一支显影剂中间体,2-[乙基(3-甲基-4-亚硝基苯基)氨基]乙醇,对其进行了结构表征和工艺研究,得出最佳工艺:使用盐酸酸化原料后,使用原料95%摩尔量的亚硝酸钠对原料进行亚硝化,然后用氨水中和后,用二氯甲烷萃取除去水层并水洗,最后常压蒸馏脱溶,得到目标产物。本文研究内容为CD-4显影剂的工业化奠定了基础。A CD-4 developer intermediate,2-[ethyl(3-methyl-4-nitrosophenyl)amino]ethanol,was synthesized;its structure was characterized and the synthesis process was studied.The optimum process was obtained:After acidifying the raw materials with hydrochloric acid,the raw materials were nitrosified with 95%molar amount of sodium nitrite,and then neutralized with ammonia,the water layer was removed by dichloromethane extraction and washed,and finally the target product was obtained by atmospheric distillation and dissolving.The research lays a foundation for the industrialization of CD-4 developing agent.
