摘　　要：为了解决Lyocell纤维牵伸机异响并伴随传动辊不正常跳动的问题,介绍Lyocell纤维牵伸机工作原理、基本构成、齿轮式牵伸机内部构造和牵伸机传动轴辊结构;结合现场观察和故障排查,分析异响原因为轴承滚珠与轴承内外圈间严重磨损所致,轴承工作异响由润滑脂泄漏引发。根据牵伸机箱体内齿轮和轴承排布情况,设计滴漏式润滑装置,提出改进注意事项。指出:使用单独设置的滴漏式润滑系统对牵伸机进行改造,轴承润滑效果改善,设备运转1 a未发现轴承损坏、设备异响及传动辊不正常跳动问题。In order to solve the problem of abnormal noise with abnormal runout of driving roller of Lyocell fiber drawing machine,the working principle and basic structure of Lyocell fiber drawing machine,the internal structure of gear type drawing machine and the structure of drawing machine driving roller are introduced.Combining with the field observation and trouble shooting,the reason of abnormal noise is serious wear between bearing ball and bearing inner and outer rings.Abnormal working noise of bearing is caused by grease leakage.According to the arrangement of gears and bearings in the case of drawing machine,the dripping lubrication device is designed,and the matters needing attention for improvement are put forward.It is pointed out that the lubrication effect of the bearing is improved by using a separate dripping lubrication system.No bearing damage,abnormal noise and abnormal runout of the driving roller are found in the equipment running for one year.
