摘  要:非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料与SBS自粘防水卷材复合防水体系在地下室顶板防水施工中的应用可有效解决防水层开裂失效和窜水的技术难点,提升防水层的整体防水效果。非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料具有永不固化、粘结性强、施工简便等优点,有效减少地下室顶板防水渗漏问题。尤其是在年降水量较大、地下水位偏高的地区,非固化涂料与SBS卷材相结合的复合式防水体系能够在卷材与水长期接触的情况下,增强卷材与基层结合力、增加卷材耐久性、延长卷材使用寿命。该防水复合体系可有效防止卷材因结构面作用力产生的损坏,最大限度降低渗漏风险。The application of a non⁃curable rubber asphalt waterproofing coating and SBS self⁃adhesive waterproofing membrane composite waterproofing system in basement roof waterproofing construction can effectively solve the technical difficulties of cracking failure and water channeling of the waterproofing layer,and improve the overall waterproofing effect of the waterproofing layer.Non⁃curable rubber asphalt waterproof coating has the advantages of never curing,strong adhesion and simple construction,which can effectively reduce the waterproof leakage of basement roofs.Especially in areas with large annual precipitation and high groundwater levels,the composite waterproofing system combining non⁃curable coating and SBS membrane can enhance the bonding force between membrane and base,increase the durability of membrane,and prolong the service life of membrane under the condition of long⁃term contact between membrane and water.The waterproof composite system can effectively prevent the damage to the membrane caused by the structural plane force and minimize the risk of leakage.
