摘　　要：新时代西部大开发对西部地区能源转型提出了新要求,其中天然气可发挥重要影响。西部地区是我国天然气主产区,同时也是陆上管道进口气主要途经区。新形势下推动西部生产生活用天然气消费水平提升,对于西部“双碳”目标实现具有重要影响。为提升西部天然气供应保障程度,须进一步加大天然气勘探开发力度、优化管网等基础设施布局、稳定海外进口气源,为此,需要体制机制改革与创新同步跟进,以科技创新支撑新型天然气产业链形成与完善。Advancing the development of western regions of China in new era puts forward new requirements for the energy transformation of the western region,in which natural gas can play an important role.The western region is the main producing area of natural gas in China,and it is also the main passage area of imported gas from onshore pipelines.Under the new circumstances,promoting the consumption level of natural gas for production and living in the western region has an important impact on the realization of the"dual carbon"goal in the western region.To improve the security of the natural gas supply in the western region,it is necessary further to increase the intensity of natural gas exploration and development,optimize the layout of infrastructure such as pipeline networks,and stabilize overseas imported gas sources.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the system and mechanism,follow up with innovation,and support the formation and improvement of the new natural gas industry chain with scientific and technological innovation.
