打造河北省钢铁产业新质生产力的对策研究

摘　　要：钢铁产业作为“工业粮食”,是制造强国建设的重要基石。河北省作为我国钢铁产业第一大省,产量占到了全国的五分之一,一定程度上代表着全国钢铁产业的生产力发展水平。当前,河北省钢铁产业在绿色化发展中面临着严峻挑战,智能化发展中面临着诸多掣肘,高端化发展中面临着内外围堵的困境;未来,需要实施绿色发展夯实钢铁产业打造新质生产力的根基,实践智能发展壮大钢铁产业打造新质生产力的引擎,实现高端发展瞄准钢铁产业打造新质生产力的导向。The steel industry,as an industrial grain,is an important cornerstone of building a strong manufacturing country.As the largest province in China's steel industry,Hebei Province accounts for a quarter of the country's production,which to some extent represents the productivity development level of the national steel industry.At present,the steel industry of Hebei Province is facing severe challenges in green development,many constraints in intelligent development,and the dilemma of internal and external containment in high-end development;in the future,it is necessary to implement green development to solidify the steel industry as a foundation of new productive forces,carry out intelligent development to boost the steel industry as an engine of new productive forces,and achieve high-end development targeting the steel industry as a new productive force.
