摘　　要：通过采取加强原燃料质量管理、综合上下部调节、优化煤气流分布、活跃炉缸、维护合理操作炉型等一系列有效的措施,实现了安钢3#高炉长周期的炉况稳定顺行和高煤比、低焦比的生产,达到“提煤降焦、以煤代焦”降本生产的目标。By taking a series of effective measures such as such as strengthening the quality management of raw material and fuel,adjusting the upper and lower parts,optimizing the distribution of gas flow,activating hearth and maintaining the reasonable operation of the furnace type,the long-term stable operation of No.3 blast furnace in AnyangSteel has been achieved,with high coal ratio and low coke ratio production,thus the goal of reducing costs by"raising coal and lowering coke,and replacing coke with coal"has been achieved.
