数字赋能文旅融合能力成熟度评价与路径研究--基于山西省11个地级市的考察

摘　　要：数字技术的应用有助于探索推动文化产业、文化事业和旅游业融合的新优势,进而促进文旅产业更广范围、更深层次、更高水平的融合。以山西省11个地级市为案例地,基于能力成熟度模型理论构建综合评价指标体系,测算数字赋能山西省文旅融合发展效果,并运用fsQCA 3.0软件进行组态分析,找寻数字赋能文旅融合发展路径。结果表明:数字赋能文旅融合评价体系包含融合基础度、融合生产力、融合支持力和融合影响力4个关键过程域(KPA),9个关键实践(KP)以及19个评价指标。太原市数字赋能文旅融合发展评价等级为优化级,晋中市和运城市为已管理级,大同市、长治市、晋城市和临汾市为已定义级,忻州市和吕梁市为可重复级,朔州市和阳泉市为初始级。山西省数字赋能文旅融合高成熟度等级共形成4条路径,其中,融合生产力为核心条件。边缘条件融合基础度、融合支持力、融合影响力之间存在替代、协同、弥补等3种关系。The application of digital technologies will help explore new advantages to promote the integration of cultural industries,cultural undertakings and tourism,thus promoting the integration of culture and tourism industry in a wider range,and at a deeper and higher level.Taking 11 prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province as cases,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system based on the theory of capability maturity model to measure the effects of digital empowerment on the integrated development of culture and tourism in Shanxi Province,and uses software fsQCA 3.0 for configuration analysis to identify the development path of digital empowerment on culture and tourism integration.The results show that the evaluation system of digital empowerment on culture and tourism integration contains 4 key process areas(KPA)including integration foundation,integration productivity,integration support and integration influence,9 key practices(KP)and 19 evaluation indicators.The evaluation of the digital empowerment on culture and tourism integration in Taiyuan City is at optimizing level,Yuncheng City and Jinzhong City are at managed level,Datong City,Changzhi City,Jincheng City and Linfen City are at defined level,Xinzhou City and Lvliang City are at repeatable level,Shuozhou City and Yangquan City are at initial level.In Shanxi Province,a total of four paths have been formed for the high maturity level of digital empowerment on cultural and tourism integration,with integrated productivity as the core condition.There are three kinds of peripheral conditions relationships among integration foundation,integration support and integration influence,namely,substitution,coordination and compensation.
