摘　　要：目的 初步研究心肌应变成像技术在评估HER-2阳性早期乳腺癌患者靶向治疗中右心功能的应用价值。方法 选取HER-2阳性早期乳腺癌患者30例,分别在靶向治疗前、第2、第4、第6周期末进行超声心动图检查,比较治疗前后患者右心功能常规及心肌应变参数。结果 治疗前后常规右心功能参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第2周期末较治疗前,应变参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第4、第6周期末右心室应变参数均较治疗前及前一治疗周期绝对值下降(P<0.05)。结论 心肌应变成像技术可定量评估HER-2阳性早期乳腺癌患者靶向治疗期间的右心室心肌功能。Objective To investigate the application value of myocardial strain imaging in evaluating right heart function in anti-HER-2 targeted therapy in patients with HER-2 positive early breast cancer.Methods A total of 30 patients with HER-2-positive early breast cancer were selected for echocardiography before targeted therapy,at the end of the second cycle,the fourth cycle,and the sixth cycle,and the conventional right heart function and myocardial strain parameters of the patients before and after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant difference in conventional right heart function parameters before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in strain parameters at the end of the second cycle of treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05).At the end of the fourth and sixth cycles of treatment,the right ventricular strain parameters decreased compared with the absolute values before treatment and the previous treatment cycle(P<0.05).Conclusions Myocardial strain imaging can quantitatively assess right ventricular myocardial function during targeted therapy in patients with HER-2-positive early breast cancer.
