摘　　要：目的探讨增生性外毛根鞘瘤(PTT)的临床及超声表现。方法收集经病理证实的PTT共18例,分析并总结其临床及超声表现。结果在临床表现方面,PTT患者多为女性(61.1%),平均年龄(49.8±17.1)岁,好发于头部(77.8%),平均大小为(19.8±10.7)mm。在超声表现方面,PTT多为实性(66.7%)或囊实性(22.2%),边界清晰(100.0%),形态规则(88.9%),内部回声不均(83.3%),可见散点样(44.4%)或团块样强回声(33.3%),伴有后方回声增强(38.9%),部分病灶内可见点状血流信号(27.8%)。结论PTT的临床及超声表现具有一定的特征性,需注意与其他皮肤良恶性肿瘤相鉴别。Objective To explore the clinical and ultrasonographic findings of proliferative trichilemmal tumor(PTT).Methods A total of 18 cases of pathologically confirmed PTT were collected to analyze their clinical and ultrasonographic findings.Results Clinically,PTTs were mostly present in female patients(61.1%),with an average age of(49.8±17.1)years old.They were more common in the head(77.8%)and had an average size of(19.8±10.7)mm.Ultrasonographically,PTTs were mostly solid(66.7%)or cystic(22.2%),with clear boundaries(100.0%),regular morphology(88.9%),uneven internal echoes(83.3%),scattered(44.4%)or nodular 33.3%strong echoes,accompanied by posterior echo enhancement(38.9%),with punctate blood flow signals(27.8%).Conclusions The clinical and ultrasonographic findings of PTT are characteristic and need to be distinguished from other common benign and malignant skin tumors.
