摘　　要：“新的生产力”是唯物史观的核心范畴,是理解新质生产力的一把钥匙。加快形成和发展新质生产力,应立足马克思关于生产力生成的理论阐释。生产力的生成及其发展在路径上具有共性,也具有不同时代的时代特征。新质生产力的生成是一个系统性的社会生产变革的过程,也是多种因素共同发挥作用的结果,即共同体及其内部社会分工的发展、科学知识的发现与运用、生产要素的拓展与利用、生产要素组合方式及相应管理方式的改变。当今世界,技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置、产业深度转型升级是新质生产力形成的主要路径,组织创新和管理创新是新质生产力发展的保障,新型生产关系是新质生产力生成的重要条件。New quality productivity is the core category of historical materialism,which provides a key to understanding the new quality productivity.Accelerating the formation and development of new quality productivity should be based on Marx's theoretical interpretation of the generation of productive forces.The generation and development of productive forces have common characteristics in their paths,as well as characteristics from different eras.The generation of new quality productivity is a systematic process of social production change,and many factors play an important role together.The first is the development of the community and its internal social division of labor,the second is the discovery and application of scientific knowledge,the third is the expansion and utilization of production factors,and the fourth is the change of the combination of production factors and the corresponding management mode.In today's world,revolutionary technological breakthroughs,innovative allocation of production factors,and deep industrial transformation and upgrading are the main paths for the formation of new quality productivity,organizational and management innovation is the guarantee for the development of new quality productivity,and new production relations are an important condition for the formation of new quality productivity.
