摘  要:文章阐述了氢能源汽车中膨胀石墨电堆燃料电池系统的母排在常规设计中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。在整车运行中,由于气压等因素,膨胀石墨电堆的长度尺寸会有周期性变化,在生命周期最后阶段,膨胀石墨电堆的总长度相比出厂时会缩短6 mm左右。由此导致的问题是电堆主回路的母排固定点位于电堆首尾两端,上述电堆长度变化将引起铜排发生形变、应力集中等现象。文章采用发明问题解决理论(TIPS)对上述现象进行深入分析,基于可能的风险,归纳出目前膨胀石墨电堆的常规铜排设计方法中存在的问题,并提出悬挂式母排方案,规避了常规设计中铜排的潜在失效风险,为今后同类型膨胀石墨电堆的母排设计提供了新的思路。The article discusses the issues with the conventional design of busbars in the expansion graphite stack fuel cell system of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and proposes corresponding solutions.In the operation of the whole vehicle,due to factors such as air pressure,the length and size of the expanded graphite reactor have periodic changes,and in the last stage of the life cycle,the total length of the expanded graphite reactor is about 6 mm shorter than that of the factory.The problem caused by this is that the fixed point of the busbar in the main circuit of the reactor is located at both ends of the reactor,and the change of the length of the reactor will cause deformation and stress concentration of the copper bar.The article uses the theory of inventive problem solving(TIPS)to conduct an in-depth analysis of the phenomena,summarizing the problems in the current conventional copper busbar design methods for expansion graphite stacks based on possible risks and proposes a suspended busbar solution.This avoids the potential failure risks of copper busbars in the conventional design,providing a new direction for the design of busbars in similar expansion graphite stacks in the future.
