摘 要:文章以一款重型商用车的电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)为对象,基于坡度、车重等因素设计不同工况下的换挡规律。在满足车辆燃油经济性及动力性的基础上,通过AVL SPA软件对基础换挡规律进行驾驶性分析及优化。在实车标定前调整基础换挡规律,使换挡更加合理,一定程度上减少了实车标定工作量。通过试验验证了该分析方法可改善换挡规律的驾乘表现,并对实车标定具有理论指导意义。This paper takes the electronic automated mechanical transmission(AMT)of a heavy-duty commercial vehicle as the object,designs shift schedule under different working conditions based on factors such as slope and vehicle weight.On the basis of meeting the fuel economy and power performance of the vehicle,using AVL SPA software to analysis and optimization the driving performance of the basic shift schedule.By adjusting the basic shift schedule before the vehicle calibration,the shift becomes more reasonable,and the workload of vehicle calibration is reduced to a certain extent.The optimization method is verified through experiments to improve the driving performance of shift schedule,and has theoretical guidance significance for vehicle calibration.
