摘 要:数据的收集、管理和应用可以在汽车的生产制造过程中创造价值。为提高汽车拧紧效率,文章研究了一种螺栓拧紧智能返修方案,包括在线拧紧返修、返修区拧紧返修、关联零件拧紧返修以及拧紧返修数据的追溯分析。应用实践结果表明,该创新方案可带来成本、质量、效率等多维度的收益,实现整车全过程拧紧数据的网络化及可追溯性,助力企业智能化和数字化转型。The collection,management and application of data can create value in the manufacturing process of automobiles.In order to improve the tightening efficiency of the automobile,this article studies an intelligent bolt tightening repair solutions,which includes online tightening repair,tightening repair in the repair area,tightening repair of related parts,and traceability analysis of tightening repair data.The results of application practice show that this innovative solution can bring multi-dimensional benefits such as cost,quality and efficiency,realizing the networked and traceable tightening data of the entire vehicle process,and assisting enterprises in intelligent and digital transformation.
