摘  要:人才选拔是人才培养过程的第一环节,关系到高校办学水平和人才培养质量。新高考改革在考试科目、评价方式、录取机制等方面给高职院校人才选拔产生重大影响,进而出现了选拔与培养之间的矛盾、院校与专业之间的权衡、新旧教学模式之间的变革需要等问题。文章提出了合理设置选考科目平衡人才选拔与人才培养的紧密关系、突出专业核心地位强化招生宣传与专业建设的联动机制、聚焦生源群体特点实现高考选拔到高职教育的无缝衔接等对策建议,为同类院校高考生源人才选拔提供一定的借鉴建议。Talent selection is the first link of the follow-up talent cultivation,which is related to the level of running a university and the quality of talents training.The reform of the new college entrance examination has a profound impact on the talent selection of higher vocational colleges in terms of examination subjects,evaluation methods,admission mechanisms,and other related aspects.Then,some problems arise,such as the contradiction between selection and training,the tradeoff between colleges and majors,and the need for reform between old and new teaching modes.The article proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as setting reasonable elective subjects to balance the close relationship between talent selection and talent cultivation,highlighting the core position of majors,strengthening the linkage mechanism between enrollment promotion and professional construction,and focusing on the characteristics of student groups to achieve seamless connection from college entrance examination selection to higher vocational education,to provide some reference suggestions for the talents selection of college entrance examination students in similar colleges.
