摘 要:针对低硅铝比分子筛吸附剂焙烧活化过程性能会受影响的问题,设计了干燥热风炉与连续真空焙烧炉的工艺,并且在新型网带炉、干燥热风炉以及连续真空焙烧炉3种工艺中开展测试。结果表明:3种焙烧方式均能满足对吸附剂脱除水分的要求,但连续真空焙烧炉因其密闭、连续进出料,并且该工艺本质隔绝了水汽和高温共同存在的条件,其无论是对焙烧质量,还是能耗均表现出最优的效果。该焙烧工艺下,吸附剂吸附量损失为0.9%,破碎率损失为0.53%,吨产品能耗为0.021 t标煤。In order to solve the problem that the performance of molecular sieve adsorbent with low Si/Al ratio is affected in the roasting activation process,the dry hot air furnace and continuous vacuum calcination furnace were designed,and the tests were carried out in three processes of new mesh belt furnace,dry hot air furnace and continuous vacuum calcination furnace.The experimental results showed that all three calcination methods could meet the requirements for removing water from the adsorbents.However,the continuous vacuum calcination furnace showed the best effect on both calcination quality and energy consumption,due to its sealing,continuous feeding and discharging.Under this calcination process,the adsorbent adsorption loss was 0.9%,the crushing rate loss was 0.53%,and the energy consumption per ton of product was 0.021 t standard coal.
