摘  要:为解决油基钻井液带来的环保压力与经济成本的上升,新型水基钻井液的研究与推广势在必行。通过XRD和环境扫描电子显微镜的实验方法分析页岩气储层地质特征,同时以钻井液在岩心封堵实验、滚动回收率和润滑性测试方法评价该水基钻井液的封堵性、抑制性和润滑性等关键性能。结果表明,该水基钻井液体系高温高压滤失量小于6 mL,岩心封堵效率达83.52%,体系对红层土和龙马溪组页岩露头(某区域)的岩样滚动回收率均在95%以上,说明该体系流变及滤失造壁性稳定,具有强封堵和抑制能力;钻井液体系摩阻系数为0.0804,所形成滤饼的黏滞系数为0.0753,钻井液体系润滑能力较好:在100~160℃时钻井液体系均保持相对稳定的流变性及滤失造壁性,抗温性良好。该体系具备良好的封堵与抑制能力,接近油基钻井液效果,可节约钻井成本,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to solve the environmental protection pressure and economic cost increase brought by oil-based drilling fluid,the research and promotion of new water-based drilling fluid are imperative.In this paper,the geological characteristics of shale gas reservoirs were analyzed by XRD and environmental scanning electron microscope experiments.At the same time,the key properties of the water-based drilling fluid,such as plugging,inhibition and lubricity,were evaluated by means of core plugging experiment,rolling recovery rate and lubricity test.The results showed that the high temperature and high pressure filtration loss of the water-based drilling fluid system was less than 6 mL,and the core plugging efficiency reached 83.52%,the rolling recovery rate of the system for red soil and shale outcrop(in a certain area)of Longmaxi formation was above 95%,which showed that the system had stable rheology and fluid loss wall-building properties,and had strong plugging and inhibition ability;the friction coefficient of the drilling fluid system was 0.0804,the viscosity coefficient of the formed filter cake was 0.0753,and the drilling fluid system had good lubrication ability;in the range of 100~160℃,the drilling fluid system maintained relatively stable rheology and fluid loss wall-building properties,and had good temperature resistance.The system had good plugging and inhibition capabilities,being close to the effect of oil-based drilling fluid,could save drilling costs,and had broad application prospects.
