摘 要:里下河地区作为江淮下游平原的典型平原河网地区,河流湖泊众多、水网密布,当地水网建设改变了原有的自然地理和抽排格局。总结了20世纪50年代至今里下河地区水利问题综合治理和水系演变的过程,并结合水网形态特征指标与水网协同演变进行了分析。结果表明:里下河地区在建设水网过程中防洪和供水能力有了较大的提升“,六横五纵”的骨干水网逐渐形成,但是仍然面临着湖荡萎缩的问题。这些可以为平原河网地区水利综合治理及水网建设提供借鉴与思考。As a typical plain river network area in the lower reaches of the Yangtze and Huaihe Rivers,the Lixiahe region has numerous rivers and lakes,with a dense water network.The construction of the local water network has changed the original natural geography and drainage pattern.This article summarizes the comprehensive governance of water conservancy problems and the evolution of the water system in the Lixiahe region from the 1950s to the present,and analyzes the characteristics of water network morphology indicators and the coordinated evolution of water networks.The results show that the flood control and water supply capacity have been greatly improved in the construction of the water network in the Lixiahe region,and the backbone water network of“six horizontals and five verticals”has gradually formed.However,the region still faces the problem of lake shrinkage.These findings can provide reference and thoughts for the comprehensive management of water conservancy and the construction of water networks in plain river network areas.
