区域节水统计调查制度初探

摘　　要：为提高水资源节约利用水平,有效支撑节约用水管理,亟待建立节水统计调查制度。结合江苏省节水统计现状,对区域节水统计调查制度建立的必要性进行论证,对符合统计法要求的节水统计调查制度基本框架进行阐述。同时,提出选择部分地区开展填报试点,根据实际情况完善报表设计,建设统计信息系统以进一步提高效率等相关建议。In order to improve the level of water resource conservation and utilization,and effectively support watersaving management,it is urgent to establish a water-saving statistical survey system.Combined with the current situation of water-saving statistics in Jiangsu Province,this paper demonstrates the necessity of establishing a regional water-saving statistical survey system,and expounds the basic framework of the water-saving statistical survey system that meets the requirements of statistical method.At the same time,it puts forward some suggestions to select some areas to carry out the report filling pilot,improve the report design according to the actual situation,and build a statistical information system to further improve efficiency.
