摘  要:Telluride materials possess distinctive advantages,including the high theoretical volume capacity and electrical conductivity,rendering them promising candidates for a range of energy storage and optoelectronic applications[1].Heterogeneous compositions and interfaces in heteronanostructures have significant implications on the electron transport,magnetic coupling,and phonon scattering,thereby promoting the performances in photocatalysis,and thermoelectrics[2].
