摘　　要：大连博物馆藏有一批自清代雍正至民国时期的地契文书。这批地契文书包括土地、房屋、窑买卖和分家等契约,为研究中国历代土地制度等问题提供了可资借鉴的一手资料。这批地契文书可以分为红契即官契和白契即私契两类。所谓白契是民间买卖双方自行协商达成意愿书写的契约,红契则是由官府验核钤印的契约,这些珍贵的一手资料对研究当时社会的经济、政治、文化等具有重要的价值。Dalian Museum holds a collection of land deeds and documents dating from the Qing Dynasty's Yongzheng period to the Republic of China,which provide valuable firsthand materials for studying the land systems at that time.The collection can be categorized into official contracts which means verified and stamped by the government and private ones which were based only on the two parties’mutual agreement.These materials are of great researching significance.
