摘  要:探讨NO代谢产物在中重型颅脑损伤患者中的变化及其与颅内压(ICP)和格拉斯哥昏迷(GCS)评分的关系。选择中南大学湘雅二医院桂林医院2018年1月—2022年12月收治的132例中重型颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,根据Fisher CT分级将患者分为1~2级组和3~4级组;根据预后将患者分为预后良好组和预后差组。测量患者ICP并检测各组NO代谢产物;采用GCS评分进行评估,比较各组的NO代谢产物、ICP及GSC评分,对中重型颅脑损伤患者预后进行多因素Logistic回归分析,对患者NO代谢产物与ICP和GCS评分进行相关性分析。研究发现,NO代谢产物在中重型颅脑损伤患者中呈高表达,与ICP和GCS评分存在相关性,三者均与患者预后存在紧密的联系。Exploring the changes of NO metabolites in patients with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury and their relationship with intracranial pressure(ICP)and Glasgow coma score(GCS).132 patients with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury admitted to Guilin Hospital of Xiangya Second Hospital,Central South University from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to Fisher CT grading,the patients were divided into 1~2 level groups and 3~4 level groups;According to the prognosis,patients are divided into a good prognosis group and a poor prognosis group.Measure patient ICP and detect NO metabolites in each group;The GCS score was used for evaluation,and the NO metabolites,ICP,and GSC scores of each group were compared.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed on the prognosis of patients with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury,and correlation analysis was conducted between the NO metabolites of patients and ICP and GCS scores.Research has found that NO metabolites are highly expressed in patients with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury,and are correlated with ICP and GCS scores,all of which are closely related to patient prognosis.
