温阳健脾循经穴位贴敷对腰椎融合术后患者胃肠功能快速恢复的促进作用研究

摘　　要：探讨温阳健脾循经穴位贴敷对腰椎融合术后患者胃肠功能快速恢复的促进作用。选取2022年4月-2023年10月玉林市中西医结合骨科医院收治的100例于全身麻醉下行腰椎融合术后的患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和干预组,每组各50例,对照组患者接受常规护理,干预组患者在常规护理的基础上接受温阳健脾循经穴位贴敷,比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,干预组患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,于腰椎融合术后患者而言,使用温阳健脾循经穴位贴敷中药护理,有利于促进患者胃肠功能快速恢复,见效快且副作用少,值得进一步推广并应用。Exploring the promoting effect of acupoint application along the meridian for warming yang and strengthening spleen on the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after lumbar fusion surgery.Selecting 100 patients who underwent lumbar fusion surgery under general anesthesia and were admitted to Yulin Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from April 2022 to October 2023 as the research subjects,the patients were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the intervention group received warm yang and invigorating spleen acupoint application along the meridian on the basis of routine care.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).A study has found that for patients after lumbar fusion surgery,applying traditional Chinese medicine to warm yang and invigorate the spleen along the meridian acupoints for nursing is beneficial for promoting rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function,with quick results and fewer side effects.It is worthy of further promotion and application.
