经皮微创脊柱内固定术治疗创伤性胸腰椎骨折患者的临床效果研究

摘　　要：讨论对创伤性胸腰椎骨折患者采用经皮微创脊柱内固定术治疗的临床效果。选取2021年3月-2023年3月桐梓县人民医院收治的66例创伤性胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,采用奇偶分组法将其分为参照组和试验组两组,每组各33例。参照组采取开放椎弓根螺钉内固定技术治疗,试验组采取经皮微创脊柱内固定术治疗,评估两组患者的手术效果。结果显示,术后两组患者椎体前缘高度、椎体后缘高度、Cobb角、手术时间等指标比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);试验组术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间、下床活动时间、应激反应、生活质量、ODI评分、VAS评分等均优于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对创伤性胸腰椎骨折患者应用经皮微创脊柱内固定术进行治疗,有利于缩短其康复时间,减轻患者疼痛感,提高患者生活质量。Discuss the clinical efficacy of percutaneous minimally invasive spinal fixation for patients with traumatic thoracolumbar fractures.66 patients with traumatic thoracolumbar vertebral fractures admitted to Tongzi People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group using odd even grouping method,with 33 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with open pedicle screw internal fixation technology,while the experimental group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive spinal fixation surgery.The surgical effects of both groups of patients were evaluated.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups of patients in terms of vertebral anterior edge height,vertebral posterior edge height,Cobb angle,and surgical time after surgery;The experimental group had better intraoperative bleeding volume,incision length,length of hospital stay,time to get out of bed,stress response,quality of life,ODI score,VAS score,etc.than the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that applying percutaneous minimally invasive spinal fixation to patients with traumatic thoracolumbar fractures can shorten their recovery time,reduce pain,and improve their quality of life.
