全程护理干预在造血干细胞移植供者行血细胞分离单采术中的应用研究

摘　　要：探讨全程护理干预在造血干细胞移植供者行血细胞分离单采术中的应用。选取广东省第二人民医院2019年1月-2022年12月190例造血干细胞移植供者作为研究对象。其中,实施全程护理干预前即2019年1月-2020年12月98例供者为对照组,实施全程护理干预后即2021年1月-2022年12月92例供者为观察组。比较两组供者不良反应发生率和护理工作满意度。结果显示,实施全程护理干预前后的造血干细胞移植供者血细胞分离单采均采集成功,实施全程护理干预后,观察组供者采集不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组供者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,于造血干细胞移植供者行血细胞分离单采术中实施全程护理干预,能有效降低供者不良反应发生率,提升供者对护理工作的满意度。Explore the application of full process nursing intervention in blood cell separation and single collection surgery for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation donors.190 hematopoietic stem cell transplant donors from Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,98 donors were selected as the control group before the implementation of full care intervention from January 2019 to December 2020,and 92 donors were selected as the observation group after the implementation of full care intervention from January 2021 to December 2022.Compare the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction between two groups of donors.The results showed that blood cell separation and single collection from hematopoietic stem cell transplantation donors were successful before and after the implementation of full care intervention.After the implementation of full care intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with nursing work was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing full process nursing interventions during blood cell separation and single collection in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation donors can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve donor satisfaction with nursing work.
