摘　　要：分析PDCA法在医院消毒供应室感染管理中的应用价值。选取滨州医学院附属医院2022年1月-2023年1月收治的200例手术患者为研究对象,将PDCA实施前(2022年1月-2022年6月)的100例患者纳入常规组,将PDCA实施后(2022年7月-2023年1月)的100例患者纳入PDCA组,比较消毒供应室实施PDCA法管理前后的合格率、院内感染发生率和工作人员业务能力。结果显示,PDCA组手卫生合格率、微生物检测合格率、器械消毒合格率高于常规组(P<0.05);PDCA组院内感染发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);PDCA组工作人员业务能力评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,PDCA法在医院消毒供应室感染管理中的应用效果明显,可提升消毒供应室工作人员的业务能力及消毒灭菌等工作的合格率,降低手术患者的感染率,具有临床应用价值。Analyze the application value of PDCA method in infection management in hospital disinfection supply rooms.200 surgical patients admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.100 patients before the implementation of PDCA(January 2022 to June 2022)were included in the routine group,and 100 patients after the implementation of PDCA(July 2022 to January 2023)were included in the PDCA group.The qualification rate,incidence of hospital acquired infections,and staffcompetence before and after the implementation of PDCA in the disinfection supply room were compared.The results showed that the hand hygiene qualification rate,microbiological testing qualification rate,and instrument disinfection qualification rate of the PDCA group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);The incidence of hospital acquired infections in the PDCA group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The professional ability score of the PDCA group staffwas higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Research has found that the PDCA method has a significant application effect in infection management in hospital disinfection supply rooms,which can improve the professional ability of disinfection supply room staffand the qualification rate of disinfection and sterilization work,reduce the infection rate of surgical patients,and has clinical application value.
